Russell M. Miller, Jr., 76, of Mabank, Texas, passed unexpectedly on May 31, 2023. He was born August 11, 1946 to his late parents, Russell and Helen Boyle in Bayonne, New Jersey.
He grew up in New Jersey attending Bayonne High School and after graduating he joined the U.S. Air Force serving overseas in Vietnam. He served multiple tours in Vietnam as an aircraft mechanic. In 1968 he switched specialties and started working in the computer field. He worked for many companies including Burroughs and the Dallas Independent School District before he started a successful IT Consultancy career. He married the love of his life, Treva on March 31st, 1989. They travelled the world together and had wonderful adventures and crazy escapades until her passing on September 3, 2019. He was a member of the Trinity Valley Creek Lodge in Dallas was a big fan of the Main Street Grill.
He is survived by his son; Dwayne Miller and his wife Janie, granddaughter; Chanel Hope and her husband Jamie O’Neill.
