Ronnie Leslie Gadberry was born on November 25, 1937 to parents Carl Leslie Gadberry and Verma Gadberry in Bowie, Montague County, Texas and entered into eternal rest on April 24, 2020. As a child Ron grew up in Oklahoma, Colombia and Venezuela. He then graduated from San Marcos Military Academy and the University of Oklahoma with a degree in Petroleum Engineering. Ron married Anne Carole Gadberry in Tishiamingo, Oklahoma on March 3, 1957. Due to his work Ron and Anne traveled extensively all over the world with their children. Ron was a member of the Sons of the American Revolution and the Church of Christ. He loved life, had a great sense of adventure and would try anything. Ron was a huge Boomer Sooner, told great jokes, and loved horses and boats but his passion was fishing and fly fishing.
Ron was preceded in death by his parents Carl and Verma Gadberry. He is survived by his wife Anne Carole Gadberry of Mabank, Texas; daughter Rhonda Anne Kaleel of Melbourne, Florida; son Steven Carl Gadberry of Mabank, Texas; grandson Ryan Andrew Kaleel of Melbourne, Florida; brother Gary Gadberry and wife Nadine of Chattanooga, Tennessee; extended family and friends.
