Michael Grady Higgins, 70, of Kemp, Texas, passed away Wednesday, October 16, 2024. He is husband to Brenda Ann Eshleman Higgins.
Born on November 16, 1953, in Dallas, Texas, Mike was a son of Elmer and Hattie (Pat).
Michael was an avid golfer and member at Cedar Creek Country Club. He loved to spend time at the casinos in Oklahoma and was ready to head to Vegas anytime it was mentioned. He enjoyed cheering on his Cowboys, Rangers, Mavericks, Stars, and SMU Mustangs.
Along with his wife, Michael is survived by his children Stacie Jo Hartsfield (husband Jeff) and Scott Hayden Parmelly; grandchildren Austin and Cade Hartsfield; sister Karen Fouse and nephews Herman (wife Brenda) and Samuel Fouse.
He was preceded in death by his parents Elmer and Hattie (Pat) Higgins; in-laws Harvey and Margurete Eshleman; brother Jim; and sisters Judy and Janet.
He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
