Judy Ruth Wood was born November 21, 1946 in Dallas, Texas to parents Charles L. and Edna Faye (Tucker) Hyde and entered eternal rest on June 9, 2021 at the age of 74.

Judy was the first granddaughter born into the Hyde family. She graduated from W. W. Samuel High School in 1968 and was employed by USDA in three different departments for 25 years.

Judy was a lady of Grace and Dignity with a great sense of humor. She loved her family and was very proud of her grandchildren. "Supper Club" on Saturdays were when cousins got together and "Camp Memaw" was when she would take her grandkids for 3 or 4 days to do whatever they wanted. Judy was a remarkable woman who will be missed tremendously by all who knew and loved her.

Judy was preceded in death by: her parents; brother Leland D. Hyde and nephew Phillip Michael Hyde.

She is survived by: daughter Deborah C. Hicks and spouse Bill of Mansfield, TX; daughter Carrie Donise Adcock of Richardson; grandchildren: Matthew Hicks; Ryan Hicks; Landon Adcock and Lauren Adcock; brother Phillip C. Hyde of Kemp,TX; nephews: Shane Hyde and spouse Jennifer of Kemp, TX; Jake Hyde and spouse Lindsey of Doylestown, PA; Chaz White and spouse Chelsey of Tool, TX and Mason Hyde of Kemp, TX; other loving family members and many friends.
