Mrs. Dolores Payne

Mrs. Dolores Payne, age 89, of Mabank, Texas passed away on Monday, November 8, 2021. Dolores was born June 16, 1932 to parents, Gerardo Reyes and Virginia Villarreal. She was an adventurous and classy woman, who went by "Dee" and "Pain in the Neck", as per Mark Anthony. Dolores enjoyed watching crime shows, loved to travel, and liked to invest in Real Estate. She was an affiliate of Red Hats, where she found fun, positivity, and life long friendships.

Dolores is preceded in death by her husband, W.D. Payne and Roberta "Bobbi" Payne.

She is survived by her son, Mark Anthony Payne of Mabank, Tx.; brothers, Roy Reyes of Dallas, Tx. and George Reyes of San Angelo, Tx., along with numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. Dolores will be greatly missed by all that she has ever met and loved.

A Visitation Service will be held Friday, November 12, 2021 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm in the Chapel of Eubank Cedar Creek Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday, November 13, 2021 at 4:00pm in the Chapel of Eubank Cedar Creek Funeral Home, followed by a reception service at Vernon's Lakeside in Gun Barrel City, Tx.
