Daniel Wayne Mason

Daniel Wayne Mason was born on July 13, 1958 in Dallas, Texas to parents Willie Mason and Willie (Case) Mason and entered into eternal rest on February 21, 2018 at the age of 59. Daniel attended Eustace High School. He was a joyful, happy person and treated everyone the same. Daniel was very adaptable, kind hearted and trusted everybody. He was kind hearted and expected the best out of everyone. Daniel enjoyed collecting train sets and antiques. He loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. Daniel also liked being outdoors; hunting and fishing. He was father, grandfather and brother who will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Daniel was preceded in death by his parents, sister Barbara Taylor-Mars, brother Samuel Mason, aunt Delores and sister-in-law Sally Mason.

He is survived by his brother Joe Mason of Emory, brother Paul Mason and wife Diane of Emory, brother Michael Mason and wife Lamesa of Athens, son Tony Liggit of Eustace, son Kevin Liggit of Eustace, daughter Kandice Liggit-Mason of Payne Springs, grandchildren; Andrew, Zhayne and Sylas, brother-in-law Butch Mars of Mabank, sister-in-law Dianna Mason of Mabank, numerous nieces and nephews, other loving family members and many more friends.
