Clinton Edward Trotter was born on September 4, 1929 in Leland, Mississippi to parents Charlie Clinton Trotter and Edna Nadine Mosley. Ed spent most of his life as a farmer in Greenville, Mississippi growing cotton, soy beans, wheat, oats and rice. After retiring from farming Ed worked for The US Department of Agriculture as a Crop Insurance Investigator until retirement in 1995 living in Kemp Tx. Ed and Willene enjoyed traveling extensively throughout the US and abroad. He especially enjoyed playing golf and spending time with his family and beloved grandchildren. He will be dearly missed by all that knew and loved him. He is preceded in death by his parents, son Larry Trotter and brothers Frank and Billy Trotter.
Ed is survived by his wife of 65 years, Willene Trotter of Kemp, TX, son, Steve and wife Connie Trotter of Conroe, TX, daughter, Teri and husband Chuck Keller of Dallas, TX, four grandchildren, Hank Keller of Dallas, TX, Clint Keller and wife Natalie of Dallas, TX, Gage and wife Julia Trotter of Virginia, Kelsi Trotter and fiancé Kiernon Hogard of Portland, Oregon and one great-grandson, Henry Keller of Dallas, TX, as well as many extended family members and lifelong friends.
