Clarence was born on June 5, 1930 in Bayou Meto, Arkansas to parents Clarence Diell and Ethel Agnes (Wages) Foster and entered into eternal rest on May 14, 2018 at the age of 87. Clarence served in the United States Army and there received his mechanic training. He loved the country, always stayed busy and was a hardworking man. Clarence enjoyed working in his garden; growing vegetable and flowers. He loved being on the lake fishing, working with wood and doing restorative work. Clarence was a great father, grandfather, great-grandfather and brother. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
Clarence was preceded in death by his parents Clarence and Ethel Foster, wife Doris Jean Foster, sister Hazel Campbell and sister Nadine Foster.
He is survived by his brother Danny Boyett and wife Frances of Scott, AR, daughter Patricia Shafer and husband Richard of Irving, daughter Barbara Miller and husband Allen of Irving, son Steve Foster and wife Pamela of Enchanted Oaks, grandson Michael Foster and wife Chanel of Addison, grandsons; Nathan Shafer of Irving and Adam Shafer of Irving, granddaughters; Amber Goodwin and husband John of Midlothian and Ashley Mathew and husband Shawn of Dallas, great-grandchildren: Alex Foster, Aiden Shafer, Peyton Wintin and Luke Mathew, other loving family members and friends.
