Bobbie Thompson was born on January 22, 1926 in DeLeon, Texas . he was raised by his parents Conway Thompson and Nona Robins. Bobbie was married to his wife Linda Sue Thompson since May 10, 2010. He also loved to be outside, gardening and going fishing, also enjoyed playing Texas Hold’Em and Black Jack. Bobbie was also in World War Two Veteran. He was also very innovative. He owned and operated his business called Topsco Printing Plates where he held a patent from printing business, into making plates. He was also a Eagle Scout and led several Scout Troops in the San Angelo, Texas area. Bobbie will be dearly missed by all that knew and loved him.
Bobby was preceded in death by his parents Conway Thompson and Nona Robins , first wife Jo Alice Gibbs Thompson, brother Robby and sisters; Flo, Faustine, Joy and Odell.
Bobby is survived by his wife Linda Thompson of Enchanted Oaks, daughter Gail Shoemake and husband Robert of Dallas, son Gary Thompson and wife Susan of Arlington, step-daughter Deborah Hurley and husband Mike of Ft. Worth, six grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren, other loving family members and many more lifelong friends.
