Billy was born November 7, 1932 in Honey Grove, TX to parents Carlton John and Roseanna (Perkins) Whitt and entered into eternal rest on July 28, 2016 at the age of 83. Billy was the kind of person that would help anyone. He loved to fish and garden. Billy enjoyed spending time with his family and feeding birds. He had worked at Spring Valley Country Club in Addison as Greens Keeper and also for the City of Dallas in sanitation.
Billy was preceded in death by his parents, wife Geneva (Russom) Whitt, brothers; Freddie and James Whitt, and grandson Timothy Ray Whitt.
He is survived by his son Archie Ray Whitt, Sr. and wife Peggy of Wylie, TX, grandchildren; Archie Ray Whitt, Jr. and wife Natalie of Nevada, TX, great-grandchildren; Gracie, Lyla and Elizabeth, sister, Delois Browning of Dallas, other family and many more friends.
