James David Swanson was born in Spokane, WA on November 11, 1946. Jim graduated from Snohomish High in 1965 then moved on to graduate fro Seattle Pacific College in 1969 with a bachelor's degree in Political Science. Jim traveled to Europe then came back to teach at an all black school in Cleveland Heights, Ohio. Jim started buying real estate in the Everett, Snohomish and Index areas and also loved the outdoors, trees, mountains, rivers and solitude of the forests that surrounded him. Jim is preceded in death by his parents, Eber and Norma Swanson and by his sister, Nancy Swanson. Jim leaves behind his loving and caring family, sister, Kathy Hoff, sister, Maralee Swanson, Life Partner, Erynn Sullivan, brother-in-law, Russ Hoff, nephew, Cody (Riley) Roesch, niece, Angel Stark and family, nephew, David Hoff and family, niece, Shyanne Lamphier and family and niece, Kelsey Aho . Jim was dearly loved and will by missed by his family, friends and decades of tenants.
