Bonnie and Glenda always shared a strong sisterly love even when they were not near each other. 

Bonnie provided many enjoyable moments for us over the years. We traveled frequently together and spent a lot of time with Bonnie & John when they were in Yuma, AZ. Our close relationship will always be remembered. We will miss you Bonnie and you will always be remembered.

Mom was beautiful inside and out and a best friend.                                        Mom was always there for me in good times and bad.                                       Mom taught me to be a better person and to always take the high road.     Mom loved to entertain wether it be hosting the holidays a backyard bbq or a family reunion they are some of my favorite memories. Melissa and I both have that same love for entertaining as mom did. I will miss her and her beautiful smile every day. Bonnie and I were married for 64 years; we were married on June 29, 1956 at St. Brendan’s Church in Bothell. 

We had three children in a short amount of time Lori, Gordie and Sheryl.  The kids grew up in the house on 110th in Everett. We loved the neighborhood and made lifelong friends there. 

Bonnie worked at several banks through out the years and made many good friends. The last bank she worked at was Citibank in Lynwood and she loved her time there. 

We went on cruises to Alaska, Panama Canal, Turkey, Egypt, The Greek Islands and made a few trips to Mexico. We loved to go camping with the family and friends. Those were some of her favorite memories. 

Bonnie and I retired at the same time so we could travel more. We traveled over half of the country in our RV. We saw a lot of the good old USA and spent a lot of time in Yuma, Arizona. We bought casita there and had a lot of good times.

We also took many trips to Hawaii. We went to Oahu, Kauai, Molokai and Maui.  Maui was our favorite. For our 50th wedding anniversary a lot of our family and friends came with us to Hawaii so we could get married again. It was good time had by all. 

We loved spending time with our grandkids Kyle, Melissa, Brandon and Mackenzie. We took them to Disney World, Oregon Sand Dunes, Silverwood Theme Park and camping many other places. 

The last 10 years of Bonnie life was some hard times. She had Parkinson’s disease for all most 20 years and had Leukemia for 5 years.  We traveled for as long as we could but stopped about 4 years ago. She lived in 2 different assisted living homes. She fell and broke her hip and had to move into a nursing home. Due to Covid 19 the home was not allowed to have visitors. It was really hard not seeing her for 4 months. They did let me visit her at the end so I could say goodbye. I am not sure if she heard me but I really hope she did. She is in a better place now and is in no more pain. I will love her always.
