Born into this world on August 27, 1937, welcomed into the loving arms of Jesus on August 4, 2013.Barbara was born in San Bernardino, CA. After completing High School in Los Angeles, she worked at American Title in L.A. She worked at American Title in until meeting her husband, a dashing US Navy Serviceman and became Mrs. Gerald R. Curnutt on August 4, 1957.Jerry and Barbara lived in the L.A. area until moving to Bothell, WA which was a stretch for Barbara, a Los Angeles city girl through and through. While Barbara was first and foremost a loving wife and mother and always had time for friends, she worked at the Ranch Drive In until she became Jerry's administrative assistant in their Farmers Insurance Agency. This was a role at which she excelled because it combined the functions of hostess, organizer and business manager. She was the friendly face of the Curnutt Agency and kept things running smoothly.She was preceeded in death by her parents, Alice L. and Joe J. Cichirillo and son, David.
Barbara is survived by her husband, Jerry Curnutt; her sons, Brian (Heidi) Curnutt and Marc (Trudi) Curnutt; and her grandchildren,Jordan Curnutt, Ashlee Curnutt, Monet Curnutt and Jack Curnutt. Memorial and Celebration of Life Service on August 11, 2013 at 2 p.m. at The Crossroads @ Lake Stevens, 2010 S. Lake Stevens Rd., Lake Stevens, WA 98258 where Barbara was a member for the past The Crossroads @ Lake Stevens will receive donations in her honor."Precious in the sight of the LORD is the death of his faithful servants." – Psalm 116:15 -
