Astrid Louise Sather Leidholm

Louise was born in Seattle Wa on August 25th 1934 to Jacob and Sarah Sather.

She attended Seattle schools and enjoyed spare time with friends at the Norway Center in Ballard, The Golden Gardens and the Ballard Locks. She worked as a file clerk for Northern Life Insurance and later went on to work as a switchboard operator at Pacific Northwest Bell Telephone Company and worked there until she married.

Louise married Arthur Leidholm, Jr (Chub) on September 7th 1956. Art preceded her in death in February of 2002.

Louise is survived by 3 children, Jeff (Denise) Leidholm, Tom Leidholm, & Sharon Noe, 5 Grandchildren, Kari, Kashia, Kami, Tucker and Payton.

Louise was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother, who was involved in her children’s and grandchildren’s lives. She enjoyed living at the Chateau Pacific Retirement Center in Lynnwood and her many friends there. She enjoyed the walking club, attending Book Club and most of all, the crafting club, where she took up painting with water colors.

A memorial will be held on May 10th at 11am at Floral Hills Funeral Home. 409 Filbert Rd Lynnwood, Wa.
