Angela R. Coolbaugh, age 49, of Mountlake Terrace Washington, unexpectantly passed away on Saturday, November 3rd, 2012 at Swedish Hospital in Edmonds. She was born October 31st, 1963 in Honolulu Hawaii to George and Gloria (Fulton) Kirk. In a military family, she traveled the country and lived in many places before settling in Washington. She was a graduate of Mountlake Terrace High School Class of 1982 where she met and then married the love of her life James (Jim) Coolbaugh on September 10th 1983 in Edmonds. Together they had two sons Ryan and Eric. She worked for many years as an Administrative Assistant for Bodine Construction in Lynnwood and most recently for SEAGROUP International. She excelled at decorating for the Holidays and organizing family functions and reunions. The centerpiece for planning all family events, she never traveled light but rather enjoyed over packing with items most people would forget to bring. She was happiest holding her precious Granddaughter. She is survived by her Husband Jim, Sons Ryan and Eric, Granddaughter Hannah, Parents George and Gloria, Brothers David (Tania) and Brian, Sister Kimberly (David), Father in Law Albert (Sue), Mother in Law Judy (Les), Brothers in Law Brian (Tracey) and Bob, and many nieces, nephews and cousins. A viewing will be available at First Baptist Church of Martha Lake, 17319 Larchway in Lynnwood from 9:30-10:30 on Saturday, November 17th followed by Funeral services with Darryl Perry officiating at 11:00. After the reception, a brief burial service will be held at Floral Hills cemetery in Lynnwood. Angela loved animals and donated to various shelters for many years. In lieu of flowers Memorials may be made in Angela’s name to Pasados Safe Haven, PO Box 171, Sultan WA, 98294. We will always carry Her wonderful memory in our hearts.
