Miss Ruth S. Eldridge, age 68, formerly of Lynn, died Saturday, September 4, in a local nursing home.
Bor in Lynn, she lived in Lynn for the gerater partr of her life, and was the daughter of the late Harry and Jennie E. (Sweeney) Eldridge.
She formerly worked as a unit service aide at Shaughnessy-Kaplan Rehabilitation Hospital, Salem.
She enjoyed Puzzles, walking and painting.
Ruth leaves a brother Timothy Mears , two sisters Dorothy Ciampa and Shirley Akmentins, half-brother Kenneth Eldridge, half-sisters Kathleen Currier, Linda Serven and Donna, and many nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late William and Michael Fraiser and Sandra Cashman.
Services are private with arrangements under the direction of Cuffe-McGinn Funeral Home, Lynn, MA.
