Mary R. Marino

Born in Lynn, Mary was the daughter of the late George and Ruth (Mitchell) Moore. She attended Lynn Schools and was a graduate of Lynn Classical High School Class of 1942. She resided in Lynn before moving to Peabody in 1955. She had resided in Maine for the past 5 years.

Prior to her retirement in 1989, she worked as an Administrator for Baldwin Piano Company. She was an active communicant and volunteer at Saint Ann’s Church and was involved in the Multiple Sclerosis Society. Mary was also a talented organist, pianist and seamstress.

She leaves her children, Richard F. Dailey and his wife Theresa of Naples, ME and Therese Merriman of Peabody. She is also survived by six grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, two great great grandchildren and two nieces. Mary was the sister of the late George Moore.

Mary’s Funeral will be held from the CUFFE-MCGINN FUNERAL HOME, 157 Maple St. Lynn on Monday at 9:00AM followed by a Funeral Mass in Saint Ann’s Church, Peabody at 10:00AM. Relatives and friends invited. Interment Saint Joseph’s Cemetery. Visiting Hours Sunday 2-5PM. Gifts in her memory may be sent to Saint Ann’s Church, 140 Lynn St. Peabody, MA 01960.
