Born in Boston, Lorraine was the daughter of the late Bertie and Melina (Petrus) Petitipas. She attended Boston Public Schools and had previously resided in New Hampshire and Maine.
Lorraine had many hobbies. She had previously worked as a seamstress and also enjoyed square dancing, knitting and traveling abroad.
In addition to her husband, she leaves her stepchildren, Trudy Eastman and her husband Robert of Derry, NH, Ruth Quint and her husband Haven of Fryeburg, ME, Philip C. Litch, Jr. and his late wife Sandra of Lynn and Thomas Litch and his wife Nancy of Beverly She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren; 2 nieces, Diane Quigley and her husband Edward of Chester, NH and Donna Gibbons and her husband James of New Boston, NH as well as several grandnieces and nephews. She was the sister in law of Robert Jacobsen of Hampstead, NH, sister of the late Eleanor Jacobsen and stepmother of the late William Litch.
A Prayer Service will be held in the CUFFE-MCGINN FUNERAL HOME, 157 Maple St. Lynn on Saturday at 12:00PM. Relatives and friends kindly invited. A period of Visitation will begin at 11:00AM.
