

Lorraine M. (Long) Francullo age 85 years, of Lynn died Tuesday December 8, 2015 after a brief illness. She was the beloved wife of Alfred J. Francullo Sr. with whom she shared over 59 years of marriage. A lifelong Lynn resident, she was the daughter of the late Francis J. and Annette (Dupont) Long. She graduated from St. Mary’s Girls High School of Lynn class of 1948 and Salem Hospital School of Nursing class of 1951.
Lorraine worked for many years as a registered nurse in schools and hospitals on the North Shore. She loved the ocean and spending time with family and friends at their summer home in Maine.
Lorraine is survived by her children Ann M. Mansfield and husband Richard of Lynn, Laurie J. Campanile and husband Robert of Saugus, Alfred J. Francullo Jr. of Revere and Linda E. Francullo of Middleton; a brother Richard F. Long and his wife Nancy of ME; three grandchildren Alfred J. Francullo III (AJ) of Revere, Gregory A. Campanile and Jeffrey J. Campanile both of Saugus; also many nieces, nephews and cousins and friends.
Funeral from the Cuffe-McGinn Funeral Home, 157 Maple Street, Lynn on Saturday at 8 AM followed by a Funeral Mass at Our Lady of the Assumption Church, Lynnfield at 9 AM. Visiting hours on Friday from 4 to 7 pm. Donations may be made in Lorraine’s name to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
