Ilene Bloom

REVERE – Ilene S. Bloom, age 51, of Revere, passed away on Saturday, March 17th at Tufts Medical Center. Born in Boston, she was the beloved daughter of Gladys (Ravreby) Kuzmich with whom she lived in Revere, and the late Nathan Bloom. She was the beloved fiancée of Randall Brown, to whom she was to be married this year. She was the dear sister of Julie DiBella of Revere and Lynda Frank and her husband, Joseph Frank of Tewksbury, the cherished aunt of Ellen Frank Lajqi and husband Skender Lajqi, Monica Frank, Jamie Frank Blake and husband Daniel Blake, Kelly Richards and husband Brian Richards Jr., Lauren DiBella, Kristen DiBella, and Jaylee Griffin. She was the proud great aunt of Leke, Gent, and Hana Lajqi, Brian and Kellan Richards, and Graham Blake. Ilene was also a dear friend of the late Karen Zaccardi-Shirk, who was her mentor for many years.

Ilene graduated from Revere High School with the Class of 1984. She earned her Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy & Health Sciences University. She was an active leader and a member of the New Hope Assembly of God in Saugus.

Visiting Hours will be held on Friday, March 23, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Noon at the CUFFE-McGINN Funeral Home 157 Maple Street, Lynn. A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday at the New Hope Assembly of God, 9 Assembly Dr., Saugus.
