Aunty Betsy ,  my God Mother, my mother’s (Midge) best friend, and amazing  lady! She was a living example of service, devotion, and loyalty to her family , friends, and faith. Aunty was a special part of my growing up. Although I moved to California in 1970, I would always stop to visit her when I came home. She came to California with my mother to attend Mass with Pope John Paul in Monterey. Her second trip was with my Mother to attend my 25th wedding Anniversary in 1997, and last trip was to attend my daughter’s wedding in 2003.  I am so grateful that I was able to spend time with her in 2019, my last trip back East, and to speak with her just 2 days before her passing. I will miss her deeply, but know she is reunited with her loved ones who have gone before her. Rest In Peace dear Aunty.

I will always remember Betsy as she worked in the gift shop at Union Hospital for years with a smile on her face , would always let me know any bargains to be had.  She was President of the Woman’s Auxiliary and was instrumental is securing funds to help the IV Team , we are all grateful to her for enabling our department to purchase a State of the Art ultrasound machine, up to date reference books and other tools to help us with our practice, thank you dear Betsy, you made a difference! 

Betsy I so enjoyed all your visits to my beauty salon where you were a loyal customer for years and became a friend  ,
Loved sharing stories with you,,

Our Matriarch, our little dynamo, our Queen Elizabeth, our last connection to a diverse and interesting family history and to all of the stories shared around the dinning room table for over 70 years is now enjoying a glorious family reunion with those who went before her.   
Aunty Betsy was the best aunt ever !  She has been at every family event for our three generations no matter the geographical location. She was always like “one of the kids” until we all grew taller than her. 
A devoted mother, a devout Catholic, a inspirational example of how life should be lived.  Each of us loved her dearly and she loved us right back.
The family legacy will continue; we will laugh and cry as we retell our favorite family stories around the dinning room table after we lay her to rest.  Thank you Aunty Betsy for being you! I will miss you!

A loving Mother, Sister, Aunt, Great Aunt and Grand Great Aunt, who always had a smile and kind word for all she encountered.
