Todd Brian Phelps

Born February 8, 1969 in Lynchburg, he was the son of James Lee Phelps of Covington and Sharon Rose Phelps Burks of Goode. Todd was preceded in death by a sister, Kerry Michele Phelps Jennings and his step-mother, Lore Reuter Phelps. He was a Line Leader of Inventory Control at C.B. Fleet and was a member of Living Water Ministries. Todd was an avid Redskins fan and enjoyed watching football, hockey, and baseball. He also enjoyed hunting and, fishing. Most of all, he was a loving husband, father, and brother and was always doing for others.

In addition to his wife and parents, Todd is survived by two sons who he adored and was very proud of, Joshua Brian Phelps and Alan Robert Phelps and his girlfriend Casey Roginski, both of Forest; four sisters, Melanie Dalton and husband Tommy of Lynchburg, Tara Archer and husband Eddie of Forest, Heather Bosworth and husband Tony of Campbell County, and Margo Anderson and husband Scott of Newport News; one brother, Landon Burks and wife Ashley of Lynchburg; several nieces and nephews and his fur baby, Lydia.

A funeral service will be conducted at 3:00 p.m., Saturday, March 18, 2017 at Whitten Timberlake Chapel with Tracy Stitt and Pastor Mack Almond officiating.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home following the service.
