Timothy Darrel Mills

Timothy Darrel Mills, 61, of Monroe, passed away Saturday, May 31, 2014 at his residence. He is survived by his beloved wife, Samia Barsoum Mills. Born November 5, 1952 in Spotsylvania County, he was the son of Thelma Alsop Mills of Fredericksburg and the late Darrel Mills and was also preceded in death by a brother, George Mills. Tim was a self-employed electrical technician. He built, climbed, and worked on high radio towers. Tim completed a year of college at U.V.A. He was a Mensa member, where he served as an Umbasman. He was being ministered to by ministers from Thomas Road Baptist Church. In addition to his wife and mother, Tim is survived by his twin children, Trevor Jeremy Mills and Olivia Blossom Mills; three nephews, Jesse, Zack, and Rodney Mills and two nieces, Kelsey and Erin.
