Stephen Wayne Cooper

Stephen Wayne Cooper, 69, of Rustburg passed away Tuesday, May 2, 2023. He was born in Covington on August 21, 1953. Stephen was preceded in death by his mother Flora Mae Mullins and several brothers and sisters. Stephen retired from Lynchburg Nissan and he loved hunting and fishing. He will be greatly missed. He is survived by his wife, Betty F. Cooper; two daughters, Samantha Kloster (Jack), and Tracy Fitzgerald (Jerry); a sister, Betty Walton; three grandchildren; special friend, Danny Miller and lots of family and friends. A Celebration of Life will be held at 4:00 on Tuesday, May 9, 2023 at Whitten Timberlake Chapel.
