Samuel Wayne Walton

Samuel Wayne Walton, 65, of Forest, passed away Monday, January 29, 2018 at the Lynchburg Health and Rehabilitation Center. Born August 12, 1952 in Lynchburg, he was the son of the late Jesse Samuel Walton, Jr. and Virginia Smith Walton and was also preceded in death by his brother, Jeff Walton. Wayne is survived by his sister-in-law, Cheryl Walton of Forest; niece, Nikki Walton; nephew, Matt Walton and great-nephew, Jace Padgett. A memorial service will be conducted at 4:00 p.m., Saturday, February 3, 2018 at Whitten Timberlake Chapel with Pastor Larry Brodie officiating.
