Nancy Hylton Lacy

Born March 3, 1934 in Floyd County, she was the daughter of the late Louis Edgar and Mary Howell Hylton and was also preceded in death by two sisters, Madeline Bryant and Betty Jennings. She was retired from Lynchburg General Hospital and was a member of Keystone Baptist Church.

In addition to her husband, Mrs. Lacy is survived by two sons, Louis (Ray) Lacy and his wife Brenda of Lynchburg and Kenneth Wayne Lacy of Lynchburg; one daughter, Audrey L. Worley and her husband Rory, of Goode; three sisters, Margaret Wilkerson of South Carolina, Mary Ann Hamlett of Lynchburg, and Charlene Tweedy and husband Melvin also of Lynchburg and six grandchildren, Tammy Wilkes and husband, Jarrett, Kevin Lacy, Nathan Lacy and his fiancée Sarah, A.J. Lacy and wife, Tiffany, Sydney Worley, and David Worley.

A funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, July 14, 2012 at Whitten Timberlake Chapel with Dr. J. Monty Fox officiating. Interment will follow at Forest Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 7-8:30 p.m., Friday, July 13, 2012 at Whitten Timberlake Chapel.
