She was born in Austin, TX, March 6 1979. She was a daughter of Edward and Susan Flanagan of Bayou Vista, TX and Jackie and Dale Davenport of Wylie, TX. Meagan had a love for animals and volunteered with the Lynchburg Humane Society and was a member of Blue Ridge Community Church. Meagan was a loving and devoted mother. She had the ability to make friends anywhere and would do anything she could to help anyone.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her loving and devoted life partner, Teresa L. Campbell of Madison Heights; one son, Edward Steven Taylor Fultz of Madison Heights, two sisters, Jennifer Lynn Six of Highland Village, TX and Bridget Kelly Flanagan of New York, NY; two step-brothers, Andrew Francis Greene of Lewisville, TX and Richard Francis Greene of Carrollton, TX; one step-sister, Kathryn Elizabeth Edwards of Flower Mound, TX and two half sisters, Jaylynn Davenport and Brittany Davenport both of Wylie, TX; her maternal grandparents, Homer and Veretta Cotham of Plano, TX; and a number of nieces, nephews including, Jessica Coleman Elder and Josie Anne Six and many special friends.
Her paternal grandparents, John and Anne Flanagan, preceded her in death.
A funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Monday, May 16, 2011 at Blue Ridge Community Church with the Rev. Jeremy Wilkinson officiating. Interment will follow in Fort Hill Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends from 3:00 – 5:00 p.m. Sunday, May 15, 2011 at Whitten Timberlake Chapel, 7404 Timberlake Road, Lynchburg, VA.
