Born, October 10, 1956 in Lynchburg, he was the son of the late Marvin and Lillian Wooldridge.
Wayne is survived by two sisters, Shelby W. Wallace and Sandra J. Wooldridge and numerous friends, including, Mark, John, and Greg.
Services will be held, at a later date.
