Louise Christine Price Mosby, 70, of Lynchburg passed away Friday, May 1, 2015, at the Lewis Gale Hospital in Low Moor, VA. She was the wife of Charles Edward Mosby. Born November 17, 1944, in Salem, she was the daughter of the late James Vernon Price and the late Vera Deeds Price
Louise was a retired retail worker for Montgomery Ward Company, and she was a loving daughter, wife, mother, sister, grandmother and great grandmother.
In addition to her parents, Louise was preceded in death by three siblings, Edward Blair Price, Wallace Lewis Price and Josephine Price.
In addition to husband Louise is survived by her children, Tammy Leonard and her husband Terry Bell of Moneta and Michael Crook of Goode; three brothers, Norris Kenneth Price and his wife Linda of Roanoke, Marshall Vernon Price and his wife Joyce and David deeds Price and his wife Phyliss; two granddaughters, Chrisha Lyn Harrison and Tristin Renee Harrison; one great granddaughter, Ava Lyn Burford; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be conducted 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, May 6, 2015, at Fort Hill Memorial Park with the Rev. Jim Whitaker officiating.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 10-11 a.m., Wednesday, May 6, 2015, at Whitten Timberlake Chapel before processing to the graveside.
