She was born in Lynchburg on June 1, 1974 and was the daughter of Gary F. Allen (Kathleen) of Lynchburg and Cathy Jo Ballard Allen of Lynchburg.
Jennifer was a homemaker and a loving mother to her three children. She had a giving heart and would do anything for her family and friends. She loved music, animals and spending time in Myrtle Beach, SC was one of her favorite past-times.
In addition to her parents she is survived by two sons, Dylan Lee Allen of Goode, Devan Joseph Allen of Goode and a daughter, Layah Marie Calloway of Goode; and a brother, Brian P. Allen (Jordan) of Raleigh, NC.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, June 23, 2022 from 6:00-7:30 p.m. at Whitten Timberlake Chapel. Services will be private.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made in Jennifer’s name to the Lynchburg Humane Society, 1211 Old Graves Mill Rd, Lynchburg, VA 24502 or to a charity of your choice.
