Jane Carol Van Meter, 63, of Rustburg passed away Wednesday, March 4, 2020 at her residence. She was the wife of the late Timothy Gregory.
Born April 4, 1956 in Harrisburg, PA she was a daughter of the late Emory Leroy Van Meter and Cora Hill Van Meter. She was a retired administrative assistant and a diehard redskin fan.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, Larry Van Meter and William Van Meter.
Jane is survived by a sister, Sharon Leftwich and her husband, Randy of Thaxton; a brother, James Van Meter and his wife, Sharon of Maryland; two nephews, Randy Leftwich, Jr. of Lynchburg and Derrick Leftwich and his wife, Deborah of Madison Heights; and two dogs who she adored Buster and Dixie.
Per Jane’s wishes there will be no services at this time.
