Eleanore Dively Smith

Eleanore “Scottie” Dively Smith, 80, of Concord, died Saturday, April 20, 2013, at her residence. She was the wife of the late Cecil Douglas Smith. Born December 13, 1932, in Phoebus, VA, she was the daughter of the late Arthur Chester Dively and the late Mary Eleanor Frazier Dively.

Eleanore was a homemaker and a member of the Mended Hearts organization.

Eleanore is survived by her daughters, Donna May Riding and husband Don of Fresno, CA and Michelle J. Keyes and husband Billy of Concord; five grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be conducted, 3:00 p.m., Friday, April 26, 2013, at Concord Cemetery with the Rev. Mark Grooms officiating.

The family will receive friends, 6-8 p.m., Thursday, April 25, 2013, at Whitten Timberlake Chapel and at other times at the residence of Billy and Michelle Keyes.
