Born in Madison Heights, May 30, 1923, she was the daughter of the late George Overstreet and Lula Bates Overstreet.
In addition to her husband and parents, one son, Douglas White, preceded her in death.
She is survived by two sons, John White, Jr. of Lynchburg and Kerry White and his wife Kathy of Mechanicsville; four grandsons, Tyler White, Kamron White, Joey White and Jason White and three great grandchildren.
Ealise loved going to the beach and enjoyed sitting and watching the ocean, she loved to eat, especially seafood and loved doing puzzles. However, she mostly loved caring and providing for her sons and grandsons who were the apple of her eye.
A graveside service will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Monday, June 17, 2019 at Fort Hill Memorial Park.
