Douglas Leo Murray Sr.
March 17, 1927 – June 26, 2016
IN THE CARE OF
Douglas Leo Murray, Sr. 89, of Madison Heights, passed away on Sunday, June 26, 2016 at Virginia Baptist Hospital.
Born on March 17, 1927 in Pennsylvania, he was the son of the late Martin and Nettie Murray.
Doug retired from the United States Navy after 30 years of service.
He is survived by his daughter, Carol Piver; son, Douglas Leo Murray, II; five grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at 7 pm on Friday, July 1, 2016 at Northside Baptist Church, 144 4th Street, Madison Heights, VA 24572.
