Born in Lynchburg, she was the daughter of the late Robert C. Maxey and Annie Mae Litchford Maxey.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by two daughters, Tammy Renee Baber and her husband Doug and Debbie Seay; one brother, Jimmy Maxey and his wife Betty and two grandchildren, Gianna Petrella and Luca Petrella.
She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Her life's work was caring for her home and family.
A graveside service for Charlotte will be held Tuesday, November 29, 2022 at 2:00 PM at Fort Hill Memorial Park.
