I never wrote one on here, I'm not sure why. Sometimes I think if I had just gotten on that train for New Years you would have come back here to Richmond with me and you'd still be right here with me today. I honestly think we'd be an even better match today than we were back then. You showed me a world I didn't really know. I'll always think of us as soul mates. I've never met a better match than you. No one so equal. Side by side we were a fierce look, like two pieces to a single star. Alone with myself I drift to you from time to time. Oh if wishes manifested into reality you'd appear in front of me right now. It's a pretty chill day. The air feels nostalgic and full of possibility. I'm just sitting here in the city, over 95, feeling the breeze pass by, watching the trees shift and seeing you fly high.

It's been eight years. I remember how full send you were. I remember your infectious laugh. You were spunky and you held people above all else. Alot of your family probably doesn't know who I am. I think I only met your mom and two of your sisters.  Your passing has hit me at various times and I think of how young you were and how terrible it was. I'm still living out here and I use your memory to remind me to push the envelope and to live fully. No one has ever accused me of less, but you embolden me. I have some regrets. Not stopping the madness that we lived was one of them. Missing you. 

Casey, as I sit here today and always see your face sitting on my dresser, I can’t help but remember so many things about you. Your funny faces and smile that would light up a room, your laugh that was so courageous. How caring and sweet you are to everyone. You always trying to make the best of every situation, for that Thank you for all the good times we shared, still can’t believe you have been gone for 8 years. Where has the time gone. Just know you will forever be in my heart. Miss you so much, love ya babyboi ❤️ Until we meet again!

i dont need to tell you who i am.. because you know.. and i dont need to explain the way you made me feel...because you know that too.. just kno even through the parting you made an impact in my life to bring me where i am today... i just want to say thank you Casey. I have signed this book once, but need to share this. Didn't know Casey very long, just meet him this month. He was there for me & my family in need...and what a gentleman he was. But when I meet him I felt like I knew him a life time. Now I know why. His mother Teresa "T" & I was Best Friends in Middle School. May the God of peace, love, joy, and blessings continue to watch over you as you heal and cherish your memories. Casey and I spent time having some serious talks years ago. He had some great ideas, wanted to have a close relationship with his family, and he knew about older cars. In his brief time here, I pray he experienced some of his hearts desires. God knows what Casey's family is experiencing and offers His comfort in His Word.

I was very saddened to hear about the loss of Casey. Having spent quite a bit of time with him when he was 9 or so, the image I have of him in my head is much different then the grown man he became. When I think of him, he just had a great personality as a kid and it sounds like that personality continued.
