Grayson was born November 23, 2009 with a rare disorder called 1p36 Deletion Syndrome. Grayson often faced many challenges in his short life with his family always by his side. Despite it all, this strong, sweet, precious child handled it all with a smile as bright and warm as the sun always on his face.
This unforgettable inspiration changed the lives of everyone he met leaving a story that will live on through his parents, Shawn Evan Davis and Kacey Marie McLamb; grandparents, Kevin and Kimberly McLamb, Craig and Theresa Davis, Mitchell and Karen Tyner, and Eddie and Donna Davis; great grandparents, Willis and Shirley McLamb, Charles and Myrtle Davis, and Agnes Tyner; aunts, Ashley Laine McLamb, Christina Flowers, Stephanie Tyner, Charlotte Davis, and Meredith Davis; uncles, Tyler Chavis, Ryan Davis, Ryan Humphrey, Craig Shawn Davis, and Ernest Callahan; cousins, Jeremiah Tyner, Jaidah Flowers, Noah Wilcox, and Liarah Wilcox; godparents, Candace Wilkins and Justin Willoughby; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Grayson was preceded in death by Great Grandparents, Ray and Martha Byrd, Horace Tyner and Laverne and Ada Callahan.
Funeral services for Grayson will be held at 2:00 P. M. on Sunday, February 5, 2012 in Biggs Funeral Home Chapel conducted by Revs. Mitchell Tyner and Dayton Wilson. Grayson will be laid to rest in Gardens of Faith Cemetery in Lumberton.
