Tommy C. Brown, born on May 24, 1953, passed away peacefully on October 31, 2024 at his residence surrounded by his family. He was a beloved husband, friend, and classic car enthusiast, known for his passion for Ford vehicles and his ability to make them go fast. Tommy never met a stranger, easily making friends wherever he went with his quick wit and charm. A true adventurer at heart, Tommy found joy in riding his Harley Davidson and vacationing in the Smoky Mountains, where he enjoyed the beauty of nature and the thrill of exploration. He had a keen interest in weather patterns and was a self-proclaimed food connoisseur, always eager to fellowship with family and friends over a great meal. Tommy was deeply devoted to his wife, Roxanne, who was his rock and companion through life’s ups and downs. Their love was a testament to patience and support, and he often fondly remarked, "You can ask Roxanne about that," whenever a story needed a touch of her grace. His children and grandchildren were truly the light of his life; they were his heart, and he treasured every moment spent with them, creating memories that will be cherished forever. Tommy leaves behind a legacy of warmth, laughter, and the many lives he touched with his generous spirit. He will be missed dearly by all who knew him, but his memory will live on in the stories shared over meals and the revving engines of classic vehicles.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Carl and Annie Mae Brown and brothers, J.C. Brown and Jerry Brown.
Left to forever cherish his memory are his loving wife, Roxanne Brown; children, Brad Brown, Regina (Donovan) Brewer and Kristopher (Marie) Brown; stepchildren, Hannah Davis, McKenzie Davis, Sam Davis and Max Davis; grandchildren, Devan (Katie) Brewer, Alex (Seth) Nelson, Landen Brewer, Anna Brewer, Kasen Brown and Alli Rose Brown; great-grandchildren, Marley Nelson, Abel Nelson, Layne Brewer and Kason Brewer; sister, Shirley Rayburn; brother, Ricky Brown and a host of nieces and nephews.
