Visitation for Pablo Torres, 82, of Lufkin, will be from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 on Saturday, February 26, 2022 in the Gipson Funeral Home Chapel.

Mr. Torres was born August 31, 1939 in Mexico, the son of the late Maria de Jesus (Chavez) and Jose Torres. He passed away Thursday, February 23, 2022 in a Sugar Land hospital.

Mr. Torres was a devoted husband, father and grandfather. He was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church.

Survivors include his wife, Maria C. Torres of Lufkin; son, Jose J. Torres of Fort Worth; daughter, Cristina Romero of Highlands; son-in-law, Jose Romero of Highlands; daughter-in-law, Maria Guadalupe Torres of Fort Worth; daughter, Lucy Torres of San Jose, California; son, Pablo Torres of Chicago, Illinois; and grandchildren, Luis Ramero, Jose Ramero and Pablo Torres, Jr.

Services have been placed in the trust of Gipson Funeral Home.
