Michael "Mikie" Dane Anderson Jr.

Mr. Anderson was born November 29, 1973 in Nebraska City, Nebraska, the son of Sharlene (Thompson) and the late Michael Dane Anderson, Sr. He passed away Friday, March 29, 2015 in Lufkin.

He was a loving son, brother, nephew and cousin. He enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle. He was a Master Plumber and was employed with Loggins Plumbing.

Survivors include his mother, Sharlene (Thompson) Anderson of Lufkin; sister, Mary Anderson of Grand Prairie; cousin, Kenny Clymer of Bedford; aunts, Debbie Clymer of Bedford and Terri Anderson Nielsen of Colleyville; uncles, Craig Nielson of Colleyville and Rick Anderson of Hill Top Lake; and cousins, Ricky Anderson, Becky Anderson, Shelly Hebert and Stephanie Petty, all of Houston.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his cousin, Robbie Nielsen; grandfather and grandmother, Mary and Richard Anderson, Sr.; and aunts, Mary Ellen Anderson and Linda Anderson.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday

evening at Gipson Funeral Home.
