I have nothing but good things to say about Mark. He taught me so much starting at the age of 14 and he was 16  we ended up getting married February 7 2005 and we always had a good close relationship with each other even if we had disagreements and went through phases but always found our way back.  He always worked on keeping me and the kids motivated mentally and always happy always smiling (gorgeous)  despite all the kicks in life he still made sure that his family is good even if he wasn’t able to .: he’d still  make a way to get it. He’s my go to for most things in life especially advice. I’d call him my foundation. But now I’m here overthinking things and can’t get over how he left unhappy. The last day of his being he called and told me a lot. We all have stressful times in life so I did what I usually do when he is upset I spoke positively to him and told him he is talented and a wonderful father and he is so smart he could achieve anything  if he  wanted to learn it.  And he’d learn fast . He should have been home with us by now, and it really sucks that he is really gone. I still wake up every day hoping to wake up from this bad dream but it doesn’t change.  He will forever be truly loved and missed. He is always on our minds even before this situation he was pretty active with us. He was a hard worker for the kids and such a gentleman.  Lord please comfort him and protect him.  

Hello how you doing ,excuse me I am speechless at this moment,My Heart goes out to each an everyone of you guy's,My name is Latonya Sterns from Nacogdoches Texas,I came across Brother Mark by looking for studios for Brother Kelvin,I see y'all are 5 stars an I said that's great,so I call Brother Mark an we talk like we knew each other already,we haven't met in person at all,I can't find words!!!I'm clueless right now cause we just start talking about Studio an life an How He can help us any type of way as such as ourselves,He was interested in Brother Kelvin Music an we send music,copies  an everything, Brother Mark for what I know,he was one cool fellow,We understood one another language an he was shock cause a female talking street talk .I got brother's so I meet all types of people's,you just gotta learn how to get to there level,that's how we kick it from the phone,let me Share this with you,Brother Mark an I haven't met yet,only conversation over the phone,We was on our way to meet him until this,Wow , I'm lost again,but Brother Mark was Very Generous an willing to do what ever it takes to boost anyone to success,He was go sign Brother Kelvin over to contrast that's how he was go do it,Mark I will not ever forget you ,your beautiful soul an words ,I thank GOD for you so We can CONTINUE the Journey that we started with you,I felt like that is something you would agree with,So we pray peace over the Entire Family

It is hard to believe I’m writing memories for you. It was a privilege and a blessing to call you friend. You always had a positive outlook, and was always a selfless person. I consider it a blessing that you and I met. What I will remember more than anything is that you were a genuine person. Genuine people are so rare, and in most cases they are not acknowledged nearly as much as they should be. My prayers go out to your family. Nothing but respect and genuine love from one friend to another. Sleep in peace bro ~KT ~

Our prayers and condolences go our to the Perez family. I worked with Mark several years ago at Mom's Diner.  He always called me "Uncle T". He was always so bright and bubbly. It was a real pleasure to have known him  and to talk to him whenever our paths crossed.  He will be greatly missed by friends and family.  God rest his soul.
