Mrs. Hancock was born October 23, 1921 in Lufkin, Texas, the daughter of the late Ozta (Powdrill) and William Millard Forsyth. She passed away Thursday, July 17, 2014 in a local hospital.
Mrs. Hancock was a loving wife. She loved to read and crochet and visit with her many friends.
She is survived by her special children, Randy and Connie Boles; cousin, Sarah Ann Cravens McCarty and daughter, Donna Green; grandchildren, Melinda and Daniel Moyers, Lacey Boles, Kaleb Boles; great-grandson, Luke Moyers; special nephew, J. C. Fishbeck; and friends, Sydney and Chris Gholson.
Mrs. Hancock was preceded in death by her husband of 61 years, Merwyn Hancock; and her parents, Mr. and Mrs. W. M. (Millard) Forsyth.
