Harold Vechel Renfro

Harold Vechel Renfro, 82, of Huntington, was born November 16, 1940 in Lufkin, Texas, the son of the late Minnie Corranie (Havard) and Harold Edward Renfro. He passed away Sunday, November 27, 2022 at his residence.

Mr. Renfro was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He was retired from Champion Papermill. He loved people and never met a stranger. He especially enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and reading Western books. Mr. Renfro proudly served his country in the United States Army.

Survivors include his wife, Phyllis Renfro; daughters, Melinda Harris, Belinda Renfro, Susette Renfro and Zoe Carroll; sons, Harold H. Renfro, Heath Renfro and Christopher Renfro; 20 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; special niece, Phylis Moncrief; and numerous nieces and nephews

In addition to his parents, Mr. Renfro was preceded in death by his daughter, Kayla Marie Brown; and sister, Jerry Renfro King.
