Mrs. Bailey was a homemaker and a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She took great pride in her sons and grandchildren. Her home and lawn were a source of great joy to her. She enjoyed entertaining, cooking, and traveling. After she met William on the Goodman Bridge in 1941, they married in 1942 and together they traveled all over the world. In the 1990s, she worked at Anthony's Sandwich Shop. Mrs. Bailey was a member of Falvey Memorial United Methodist Church, where she was very active and served in many capacities, including singing in the choir. If her flight to Heaven was as fast as she drove - it was a quick trip.
