Services for Billie Sue Stephens, 86, of Lufkin, will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 13, 2018 in the Gipson Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Horace Fletcher officiating. Interment will follow in the Old Union Cemetery.
Mrs. Stephens was born February 8, 1932, the daughter of the late Emma (Burgess) and Willie Henry Williams, and passed away June 9, 2018 in a local nursing facility.
She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She loved her family.
Survivors include her grandson, Chad McFarland and numerous nieces, nephews. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Herbert C. Stephens; daughter, Pat McFarland; and her sisters.
The family wishes to thank Castle Pines Health & Rehabilitation Center and staff for their love and care.
