Grace Grover

Grace G. Grover, 87 passed away peacefully on Sunday Nov. 13, 2016 the Gill Odd Fellows Home. Grace was born in Rutland, VT on March 23, 1929 the daughter of Delphus and Delphina Gosselin. Grace grew up in Springfield, VT and graduated from Springfield High School. She then went on to Bennington School of Nursing from where she graduated in 1951. She continued her career in Nursing at the Springfield Hospital and many other facilities in the area.

In 1953 she was married to Clyde Grover and raised three children. She was an active member of the Church of the Annunciation Parish. She enjoyed outdoor activities such as downhill skiing, water skiing, golf and riding her bike.

She is survived by her eldest sister, Mary Holt of New Hartford, NY, two sons, Bruce and Scott Grover and her daughter, Sheri Pendexter, six grandsons, three great grandsons and two great granddaughters.

Calling hours will be held on Friday Nov.18th from 4:00 to 6:00 PM at the Adams Funeral Home, 12 Meadow St. Ludlow. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday Nov. 19, 2016 at 11:00 AM at the Church of The Annunciation, Ludlow. Graveside committal services will follow at the Pleasant View Cemetery, Ludlow.

A reception will follow in the church fellowship hall.
