Maria Yolanda Martinez, 56, of Lubbock, Texas, passed away February 2, 2015. She was born in Lubbock, Texas on September 11, 1958.
Yolanda graduated from Lubbock High School and received her High School Diploma. She married the love of her life Jose Luis Martinez on October 18, 1980. Yolanda worked in assembly for Grinnell Fire Protection.
She is survived by her husband Jose; her children, Leticia Ann Martinez, and Fabian Lee Martinez; and her grandson Ethan Lee Martinez.
A visitation will be held from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. with the reciting of the Rosary at 7:00 p.m. Sunday, February 8, 2015 in the Abbey Chapel of Resthaven Funeral Home. Funeral mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, February 9, 2015 at St. Joseph Catholic Church with interment to follow in Resthaven Memorial Park.
