He was born in Tahoka, Texas, on July 29th, 1953. Weldon graduated from Tahoka High School.
He worked at Gene Messer Ford for many years before his retirement. This is where he met many lifelong friends that would turn in to family.
He loved working on his lawn, visiting pawn shops and collecting tools. He wore many hats in life but nothing brought him more joy than being with grandkids and great-grandkids being "Popo".
He is survived by his daughter, Cynthia Dominguez, his son, Erik (Angie) Jasso, granddaughters Jacque, Melissa, Selena, and Alexandria, one grandson, Logan, and his great-grandchildren, Elijah, Jaeden, and Isaiah. He is also survived by his two sisters and one brother.
