Truc Dinh Nguyen

He was born in Da Nang, Vietnam on August 25th, 1949 and graduated from the Vietnam Navy Academy. He was in the Navy from 1969 to 1975 with the highest rank as a Sub-Lieutenant.

He married Nga Luu on September 21, 1981.

Truc Nguyen escaped from Vietnam and lived in the Philippines and Singapore before being granted asylum in the United States in 1985. He became an American citizen in 1996 and worked at Chinese Kitchen until his retirement in 2014.

He was a proud member of Vietnam Navy Class, Khoa 21 SQHQ, Đệ Nhị Nhân Mã. He was a devoted sports fan of the Dallas Cowboys, San Antonio Spurs, and Manchester United.

He is survived by wife, Nga Luu; two daughters, Chau Nguyen and Huong Nguyen; 8 brothers and sisters whom still reside in Vietnam.

The family invites you to join them as they honor and celebrate his life with a visitation on Wednesday, November 29, 2023 from 5pm-8pm. Services will continue with a Celebration of Life Service on Thursday, November 30, 2023 at 8:30am in Resthaven's Abbey Chapel.
