Tony Woods, 58, of Ropesville passed away Wednesday, August 22, 2012, at his residence. Memorial service will be held at 10 a.m., Saturday, August 25,2012, in the Abbey Chapel at Resthaven Funeral Home.
Tony was born on June 12, 1954, in Lubbock to C.R. and Mary (May) Woods. He grew up and attended school in Acuff. He married Sharon Carter on December 16, 1990. He was co-owner of Classic Pools Inc. with Chuck Burris prior to his illness. He loved his outdoor fun, belonging to the 4x4 and More rock climbing club, riding horses in the mountains, fishing and his family farm. He loved being with his family and friends; his life was always an adventure.
He is survived by his wife, Sharon; sons, Chad (Kristin Zuniga) Woods and Jason Haselby; along with his numerous close friends.
